SECTION 1 – TERM OF USE
The website http://eu.flyte.se is owned and maintained by FLYTE SIA and it is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.
Your access to and use of domain EU.FLYTE.SE is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this legal notice. Flyte SIA advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our site. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the flyte.se site.
Please note that your use of our site constitutes your acceptance to follow and be bound by this agreement.
1.1 - CHANGES
FLYTE SIA reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Any faulty advertised or inaccurate pricing are not binding on EU.FLYTE.SE, and may be adjusted at any time.
1.2 – PROPERTY
All information, documents, images, materials in this site is owned by or licensed to EU.FLYTE SIA. You are only authorized to use materials from our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Commercial usage of any information, document, image or material by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited and unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. Any license or right to use any trademark or service mark displayed on the site has to come with the written permission of a company official.
FLYTE SIA will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
1.3 - CONFLICT
Any conflict arising out of this agreement shall be resolved before the European Courts of Justice. The agreement shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with Latvian law exclusively.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCT
The products displayed on this website are displayed as accurately as possible, however the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and FLYTE SIA cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Each product is crafted using products of nature and the wooden base you receive may differ in color and grain pattern from images found on our website.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. Any product sold and/or provided by FLYTE SIA must not be resold in any form or any place; we reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sale or display of goods.
FLYTE SIA reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you and refund the full purchased amount.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
4.1 – SHIPPING FEES
Shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase only apply to the first shipment of goods. Additional fees will apply If your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or through the carrier's inability to deliver due to faulty address, customer’s inability to pick-up or receive sent package, or inability to pay any duties/VAT or other fees.
FLYTE SIA will charge additional shipping and handling fees for each delivery attempt you request. These fees are based on fluctuating carrier rates and may be greater than initial shipping and handling fees assessed for your order. If you choose to forfeit your product, the cost of the product will be returned to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an attempt to ship your product has been made.
4.2 – ADDRESS & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Addresses and personal information must be submitted using only characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing international characters are invalid. If an order contains such characters, we will attempt to contact you to supply a valid name and / or address. Telephone numbers must be supplied at the time of purchase for all orders. Telephone numbers are needed for contact upon delivery.
4.3 – TRANSPORTATION
Products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, FLYTE SIA. Depending on location, the following carriers are used (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS).
If you require specific information about how your shipment will be delivered, contact ship@flyte.se.
Once your product has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have no control over the postal service and we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or if a package is lost in transit. If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact the responsible carrier company and notify us by email.
SECTION 5 – DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by many countries. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. FLYTE SIA holds no responsibility for any fees levied.
5.1 - DECLARED VALUE
FLYTE SIA will not reduce the declared value of goods in order to circumvent the customs regulations in place by any governing body.
SECTION 6 - CHANGES IN TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update this agreement and we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms Of Service on: http://www.flyte.se/terms-of-service/. You are advised to review this agreement periodically for any changes. Any access or use after changes to these terms and conditions will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
