Story | Setting your time free

 View our instructional video on how to set up your Story Timepiece.

Make sure your Story is hooked on the metal bracket in a stable position and that there is no gap between the wall and the clock.

Place your hands on 12 and 6 o’clock position and gently pull the top forwards to check that it is fully hooked on to the bracket and doesn’t move. 

Let go of the clock only when you are certain it is hooked on firmly.

Keep in mind

After numerous failed set up attempts the levitation circuit which is embedded with a safety feature will automatically shut off.


You will notice it when the sphere fails to support its own weight.


If this happens simply unplug the device and wait 5-10 minutes.


Plug it back in and try again.
